The website and its contents, including, texts, images, graphics, databases and any other material are made public for information purposes and to offer services within the framework of the competencies and functions of the Town Council. It also facilitates administrative formalities.

The contents of this website are governed by intellectual property rights belonging either to Roses Town Council or third party that have authorised their use. In general, their use for commercial purposes, as well as their transformation or alteration is prohibited. Roses Town Council reserves the right to take the relevant legal action to repair the damage caused by any act that breaches the intellectual property rights.

The administrative information provided through this website does not replace the announcements or legal texts that must be mandatorily published in the official gazettes, the official issue of which is the only one with full legal validity.
